Two days retreat - During the retreat, we will engage in beautiful chanted prayers, meditations, and mantra recitation requesting blessings for ourselves and others to enjoy a long, happy and meaningful life.

This retreat is open to all, so those who want to join for some sessions during the day or evening, or in the weekends can do so without commitments.

7 days retreat - The retreat will begin on Sunday 8 January in the evening with an introduction at 6.00pm and ends on Sunday 15th of January, there will be 4 sessions each day. This retreat can be done as part of your preliminary guide practice of Guru Yoga as explained in the "Oral Instructions of Mahamudra "book by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinooche.

City-retreat - During this two day retreat Gen Jangdom will guide us through the practice of Vajrasattva, the Buddha of Purification. Gen Jangdom will also briefly explain how to generate four special motivations that make our purification complete.

5 days retreat - During this retreat we will meditate on the five stages of Mahamudra according to the Ganden Oral lineage. Gen Dragpa will briefly introduce the meditations and then in the silence everyone has the opportunity to find and mix their mind with the object of meditation of that session
