  • A happy and meaningful life through the practice of the parth to inner peace - Lamrim

Join us for this wonderful meditation retreat on some of the principal meditations for improving our daily experience of a stress-free life. These meditations also add a special quality to our lives so we feel a deeper meaning and contentment in everything we do. This retreat is accessible and practical , those new to meditation will greatly benefit from this retreat.

Those who already practice meditation will be able to deepen their experience of concentration and take this into their daily life. With these meditations we will get closer to our pure inner qualities, connect with others and protect and gradually free ourselves from negativity and bad habits.

In the sessions we will generate a compassionate motivation, recite or listen to some inspirational prayers, meditate on topics like a precious human life, impermanence, karma, renunciation, equanimity, the kindness of all beings, cherishing others and compassion. There will also be time for question and answer, or discussion.

The main takeaways from this retreat are :

    • We can appreciate our life and give it great meaning

    • We can use meditation to gain a stable experience of peace and joy

    • We can meditate on love and compassion and thus improve our relationships with others
