  • Kadampa Meditasjonssenter Oslo 26 Majorstuveien Oslo, 0367 Norway (map)

Feeling closer to our Spiritual Guide

Gen Dragpa will guide this special retreat following the oral instructions transmitted directly and shared at the International NKT Spring Festival 2022 in Malaga by Gen-la Kelsang Dekyong.

Together at the Kadampa Meditasjonssenter Oslo, we will draw closer to our Root Guru, and create very powerful actions that will cause Kadam Dharma to flourish in our hearts, our community and throughout the world. There is no better offering to repay our Guru’s kindness.

  • This retreat will focus on faithfully reciting the profound and powerful Guru Sumati Buddha Heruka mantra.

  • The sadhana The Hundreds of Deities of the Joyful Land According to Highest Yoga Tantra will be used in the retreat sessions.

  • The retreat will begin on Monday 9 January in the evening with an introduction at 6.00pm and ends on Sunday 15th of January, there will be 4 sessions each day.

  • This retreat can be done as part of your preliminary guide practice of Guru Yoga as explained in the "Oral Instructions of Mahamudra "book by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinooche.

  • This retreat is open to all.
