Half-day course - On this day course, Gen Kelsang Jangdom will explain the methods for truly enjoying life, regardless of its ups and downs. We will learn through gaining a special wisdom and engaging in meditation to develop a mental resilience that will keep us happy and peaceful in even the most challenging circumstances, and enable us to benefit the people we love.
