The Art of Letting Go – becoming who you want to be

  • Kadampa Meditasjonssenter Oslo 26 Majorstuveien Oslo, 0367 Norway (map)
  • “Let it go.” We may have offered and received this advice many times. And in our heart we know it is good advice. It makes perfect sense to drop the painful thoughts and emotions and move on.

Why then is it so difficult to do? Holding onto our pain we feel trapped by the past and stuck in a limited versions of ourself. We’re maybe repeating painful patterns of behaviour and we lose sight of our Buddha nature – our actual potential for growth and transformation.

Fortunately, it doesn’t have to be this way. During this course Gen Dragpa will explain that through using the proven methods of Buddhist psychology, we can let to of unskilful attitudes and step-by-step become the person we would like to be.

In this course we will discover a brand new source of happiness from within.

When we identify with our limitless potential for happiness, freedom, universal love, and profound wisdom – this new way of relating to ourself gives us the positive energy and inspiration we need to actually make our latent qualities manifest!

Join us for this uplifting day with talks, guided meditations, discussion and Q&A.

    No experience necessary, everybody welcome!
