Our state of mind determines how we experience things. If we want to improve our experiences it is necessary to get a better understanding of what our mind is and how it functions.
In this course Gen Dragpa will explain the nature and function of our mind and guide meditations on our own mind. Through this we will connect with the deep inner peace that is always there, under the surface of distractions and busy minds.
Through the experience of peace by connecting with the deeper levels of our mind, our mind relaxes and opens up. It becomes easier to deal with daily challenges and can add a joyful spiritual dimension to our life.
Main takeaways from this course are:
We learn what our mind is and how it functions
We can begin to discover the radiant peaceful crystal-like nature of our own mind
We connect with our own pure potential for deep inner peace and happiness
