Don't worry be happy

  • Gullnäsgården 1 GULLNÄSGÅRDEN Strömstad, Västra Götalands län, 452 96 Sweden (map)

From loving yourself to loving others

Learning to generate a healthy self esteem and confidence so that we can identify with our pure inner potential.

Once we do this we will understand that just like we do, everyone else also has a pure potential for kindness, love, compassion and wisdom which are sources of a stable happiness and joy.

We wont be drawn into negative ways of thinking about ourselves or others but gradually be able to keep a positive mind and constructive reactions to all situations.

There will be four 1h15 sessions a day and enough time for relaxation, walks and exploring the wonderful nature around Gullnåsgarden.

After this retreat you will feel re-energized and you will be ready to (re)-start loving yourself and others and improve your experience of a happy daily life .

Gullnäsgården is wonderful place by the sea on Tjärnö, in northern Bohuslän near Strömstad, next to the Kosterhavet Marine National Park.

  • Premium rooms have a bathroom in the newly built house.
