All meditations have the function to make and keep our mind peaceful. What might stops us from being peaceful? The inner problems of stress, worry, anxiety, pushing ourselves sometimes beyond what we can manage.

Meditation will help us gain control over our mind and find our inner joy and happiness and it will make our challenges in our daily life easier to deal with.

  • Gen Kelsang Jangdom ble ordinert som buddhistmunk i 2010 og har utøvd buddhisme og meditasjon siden 2003.

    Han kommer fra England, men har lenge arbeidet for og støttet de nordiske sentrene, han har undervist i Sverige siden 2015 og ble hovedlærer på KMC Oslo i januar 2026.

    Gen Jangdom er verdsatt for sin visdom og inspirerende undervisning, som på en praktisk og lettfattelig måte formidler meningen i Buddhas dype lære.
