  • Gen Kelsang Dragpa is a Dutch Buddhist monk, resident teacher at the Kadampa Meditation Center Oslo and NKT-IKBU National Spiritual Director for the Nordic region (Norway/Sweden/Denmark/Finland/Iceland).

    He is a close disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche - the founder of the New Kadampa Tradition. Gen Dragpa was ordained as a Buddhist monk in 1993 and has successfully taught and guided meditations extensively as a Resident Teacher in the Netherlands, France, the UK and Norway for over 25 years.

    Gen Dragpa teaches topics that are relevant to our modern society in a light-hearted manner, and skillfully guides meditations so that we may experience a deep sense of inner peace and contentment.
