This too shall pass
On this inspiring day course, Gen Kelsang Dragpa will guide you through profound meditations and teachings on impermanence.
Although superficially we all know that things change, this is not yet deeply understood on a level where this can reduce and gradually free us from problems and worries.
A practical understanding of the truth of impermanence gives us a big perspective on life's challenges and changes, which liberates us from worries and pain.
Explore how everything changes, including pain and problems.
Learn to let go of fear, worry, and emotional heaviness, and discover your strength, patience, and meaning.
During the course, you'll learn:
* How awareness of impermanence brings calmness amidst change
* The liberating power of contemplating mortality
* Simple yet powerful meditations for inner resilience
* A broader view of life that helps rise above stress and setbacks
