We all want to be happy and free from problems. Instead of trying to achieve this by constantly looking for objects of happiness outside ourselves, we can go on an inner journey to discover and improve the natural peace and happiness that we already possess.
If we learn to generate a warm and friendly feeling toward ourselves and others we will be free from problems of anger and attachment.Gen Dragpa will present simple guided meditations suitable for everyone in order to generate this compassionate and kind heart.
This half day course will give you the tools to be able meditate at home and develop greater peace of mind and happiness, and to improve our relationships with others through learning to cherish others. -
Gen Kelsang Dragpa is the Resident Teacher at Kadampa meditasjonssenter Oslo, and National Spiritual Director for the Nordic Region.
He has been practising and teaching Kadampa Buddhism for many years and has been an ordained monk since 1993.
His way of teaching is very practical and easy to understand.
