Living in gratitude

  • Kadampa Meditasjonssenter Oslo 26 Majorstuveien Oslo, 0367 Norway (map)
  • We all may have our ups and downs. But there are ways of dealing with situations and people that focus on and brings out the best in ourself and others.

Instead if feeling dissatisfied with our life we can feel incredibly grateful for all the opportunities our life presents us.

In this course Gen Dragpa will present Buddhas special methods and meditations for becoming more content and happy with our circumstances.

If we can remember that everything we have, everything we know we have received through the kindness of others, we can generate a joyful and grateful attitude towards everyone.

We also focus on our own good qualities and become happy with who we are. We will feel free and go through life in a lighthearted manner.
