How can we be happy feeling judged by others? Our attachment to our image and reputation often hinders our choices, our decisions, and our view of ourselves. Much fear and frustration result from this attitude.
To free ourselves from these frustrations, we will train ourselves to appreciate and love ourself, grow our wisdom and reconnect with the pure nature of our mind.Through this training, we will gradually come to no longer need to please in order to be happy. We can live serenely with a clear recognition of our own good qualities and our potential for inner peace, love, compassion, and wisdom.

Gen Kelsang Dragpa is the Resident Teacher at Kadampa meditasjonssenter Oslo, and National Spiritual Director for the Nordic Region.
He has been practising and teaching Kadampa Buddhism for many years and has been an ordained monk since 1993.
His way of teaching is very practical and easy to understand.
