  • Many people have experienced the amazing benefits of meditation. From a reduction of stress and tensions, an increased sense of well-being to even an improved general health.

    During this public talk Gen Jangdom will present an introduction to meditation and will also guide two inspiring meditations that we can use to let go of stress and tension and to increase our inner peace and mental joy. Come and feel for yourself the benefits of meditation in this free session.

    Join to learn some simple methods to reduce and eliminate these worries from our mind so that we can experience a calm and happy life.

    • Gen Kelsang Jangdom was ordained as a Buddhist monk in 2010 and has practiced Buddhism and meditation since 2003.

      He is originally from England but has long worked for and supported the Nordic centers; he has been teaching in Sweden since 2015 and became the Resident Teacher at KMC Oslo in January 2026.

      Gen Jangdom is highly appreciated for his wisdom and inspiring teachings, which convey the meaning of Buddha’s profound teachings in a practical and accessible way.
